We understand that there are situations when the selected item does not fit in size or simply did not like it “live”, in which case you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Transportation costs in this case are paid by the buyer.
Returns of items from the “Sale” section are made at the expense of the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order.
A prerequisite for the exchange / return is the preservation of the presentation (integrity of the package, the presence of labels, tags), the absence of traces of wear.
Accessories (jewelry, glasses) and swimwear are not subject to return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order.
In case of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the order, the exchange is made at the expense of our company.
Please note:
The clothes may differ slightly in brightness or color saturation, as the studio uses special lighting to take photos.
Also, the following items can be replaced by type or color: decor, accessories, clothing decorations, belts and belts. When confirming your order, please specify these points, the warranty does not apply to this!
